Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Assembly, I do hope you enjoy your purchase. Though if for any reason you would like to make a return please feel free to do so.

With online purchases we will happily refund for the full value of the item, as all Online items are sold unseen, all I ask is that the items must be returned within 14 Days in their original condition including any tags or packaging.

Please note however that all Underwear is non-returnable.

Items purchased Instore can be Exchanged or a Credit Note given, a Refund will be given if the goods are faulty. All I ask is as above that all purchases are returned with in 14 days with all packaging and tags.

SALE ITEMS ARE NONE RETURNABLE.

If a item is a Christmas Gift you can return up to 14 days from the 1st January.

If you would like an exchange for a change of size or a credit note please indicate this on the enclosed card. Any credit notes must be used in store within 6 months from issue.
